Theresa M. Vaccaro, a resident of Fishkill, NY since 2008, passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 28, 1934, to Pasquale and Agnes (DiFiore) Tannariello, Theresa grew up with strong family values that guided her throughout her life. On April 28, 1956, she married the love of her life, William Vaccaro, at St. Anthony's Church in the Bronx, NY. Together they shared a beautiful life until William's passing in 2017.

Theresa and William owned and operated Hunter Tile Co. in Mohegan Lake, NY, where she played an important role in the day-to-day operations of the family business.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Theresa found great joy in spending time with her family, especially during Sunday and holiday dinners, which she loved to prepare. She enjoyed sunbathing and, for over 30 years, she and her husband cherished spending six months each year at their second home in Maui, Hawaii.

Theresa is survived by her loving children: Valerie Vaccaro (Edward Ciaccio), Daniel Vaccaro (Fran), Ray Vaccaro (Kelli), and William Vaccaro (Dawn). She is also survived by her devoted grandchildren: Jake (Rachel), Daniel, William, Jackie, Joseph, Elizabeth (Michael), and Nicholas (Katie); and her brother Dominick Tannariello (Barbara).

Calling hours will be Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4PM - 7PM at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, INC. 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY 12524. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, October 31, 2025, at 11:30am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill, NY 12524.
