Thomas Dotolo, 67, of Wappingers Falls, passed away on February 24, 2023 at home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Irvington, NY on July 25, 1955 to parents Carmen and Anna (Murray) Dotolo. On April 20, 1991, he married his beloved wife June at the Villa Barone in Mahopac, NY. June survives at home.

Thomas started his career as a cook at the Tarrytown Boat Club. He went on to become the owner of Tommy's Seafood Restaurant in Somers, and the Wooden Spoon Deli in Poughquag. He worked for the Westchester County Parks Department for over 5 years. Before his retirement in 2022, Thomas was the Head Cook at the Highland Residential Center in Highland, NY.

He had many hobbies including classic car restoration, going to local car shows, grilling in the backyard, as well as cooking and catering. He loved to go boating on the Hudson, drink margaritas on the beach in Myrtle Beach, SC, and enjoyed having a glass of red wine each night before dinner.

In addition to his beloved wife June, Thomas is survived by his stepdaughters Cheryl Chasin of Wappingers Falls, NY and Jennifer Chasin of Cornwall on Hudson, NY; his sister Annie Dotolo of Austin, TX; and his brothers Carl Dotolo of Austin, TX and Paul Dotolo of Maryland.

Thomas was predeceased by his parents Carmen and Anna Dotolo.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday March 11th, 2023 from 2-4 pm, with a funeral service at 4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82 Hopewell Junction, NY.
