Thomas G. Kelly, age 75, passed away at home on May 24, 2024. He was born on August 26, 1948, in Peekskill, NY to the late Frank and Charlotte (Lacrosse) Kelly. On November 15, 1969, at St. Peter's Church in Peekskill, NY, he married his beloved wife Karol (Van Scoy) Kelly.

In addition to his wife, Karol Kelly, Thomas (lovingly referred to as Kelly), is survived by his children: Colleen Kelly and her husband Brian Gray, and Sean Kelly and his wife Renee; his grandchildren: MaKenzie Gray and Jacob Kelly. Kelly is also survived by his sister, Mary Kelly and his brothers Timothy Kelly, his wife Kitty and Colin Kelly and his wife Linda. Kelly is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Kelly loved spending time with his family, and especially loved being a Grandpa. Although Kelly was not a veteran, he had a high regard and respect for all veterans and the sacrifices they made for this country. He was an avid supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. Kelly's other love was for sports, he watched them all; especially his all-time favorite team: the Boston Red Sox. Kelly retired from the Sheetmetal Worker's LU 38.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 2pm – 4pm at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY. A service will begin at 4pm.

Kelly's admiration of veterans was in part inspired by his father's service in the Army during World War II. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
