Wappingers Falls – Thomas J. Lombardo, age 82, an area resident for 43 years, passed away peacefully June 22, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was previously a resident of Bedford Hills.

Thomas was born on July 4, 1939 in the Bronx to parents Frank and Edith (Minicucci) Lombardo. On September 22, 1962, he married his love Adrienne (Gioello) Lombardo at Immaculate Conception Church in the Bronx. They have enjoyed nearly 60 years of marriage.

Thomas proudly served as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army. He was a hard worker who installed flooring for his family business for many years. He later became self-employed and continued to practice his craft in the local area. He was crafty, loved playing cards, Rummikub, fishing and hunting. His family meant the most to him, and he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife Adrienne; his children: John, Dean and Jennifer; and his grandchildren: Tyler, Clara, Alyssa, and Roslyn.

Calling hours will be held Monday June 27 from 10am-12pm, with a funeral service at 12pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533.
