Wendy Bill's Obituary
Wendy S. Bill, 57, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 1995 and previously of Bronx, NY, passed away unexpectedly on February 12, 2020 at her home.
Born on July 29, 1962 in Brooklyn, Wendy was the daughter of Herman and Elaine (Satkowitz) Rosenberg. Wendy worked as the Office Manager for Bright Horizons in New Rochelle where she loved the children and she would always brighten their days. Wendy was the President of Congregation Shir Chadash and member of the National Ladies Auxiliary of the Jewish War Veterans. She created the newsletters for both organizations, as well as worked on the newsletter for Bright Horizons.
On December 16, 1989 in Jamaica Estates, Wendy married the love of her life, Stuart Bill who survives in Hopewell Junction, NY. In addition to her husband, Wendy is survived by her two children, Erica of Hiram, OH and Jeremy of Hopewell Junction, NY; and her mother-in-law, Elaine Bill of Deerfield Beach, FL.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14th at 10am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by burial at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
Memorial Donations may be sent to Congregation Shir Chadash, Care of Jim Thrasher, 31 Timberline Drive, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
