It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father William George Hawkins. He entered into eternal rest and peace on September 4th 2024 with his loving family by his side.

Bill was a lifelong resident of Yonkers, New York where he worked as bus driver for over 30 years. He is survived by his four children, Lorraine (Chris), Christine ( Chris) , Lindsay (Adam) , and William ( Chelsea). Bill is predeceased by his grandson Tyler and survived by Claire, Abigail, Hailey, Mason, Isabelle and Emma.

Bill will be fondly remembered for his infectious laugh and sense of humor, generosity, love for his family and proud patriot and United States Navy veteran.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday at 10am at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
