Laughing thru my Tears

I laugh thru my tears my Dear Yon, from Wanda, Fire Marshal Bill, Sister Act and of course ole Grey Squirel "dhem" are the classic ..you will live on in laughter forever in my sole.

Thank You for so many awesome memories, all filled with pure laughter. Like the night Poppy came walking down the stairs with Pooka's new tie dyed short set on" standing there all serious, he says "Yon, this is real nice, but,.. I think they are a little to small" (Pooka could have only been 10YO, so yah it was small) OH how we laughed as he tried getting back up the stairs... Truly stupid stuff entertained us for hours !

So many crazy great stories, be it the very first AIDS walk in NYC, club'n it in the 90s, or "Yonnie" on caffeinated coffee. But, there's no other then the night back in 1994, when I was making fun of you as you hide under the covers during that thunderstorm, when out of nowhere the lightning came thru the CLOSED window and blew the freakin TV UP. As I flew under those covers with you, I hear "Yah, mess with me" see, see, I told you ! 20+ years have passed, and still I always think of you during thunderstorms and always will. Only now, I'll laugh thru my tears.

You taught me how to make Spanish rice, the right way. But I still never got it like yours. Fluffy perfect.. No matter how much time passed, when "I'd reappear" I could always count on "sum" rice waiting on the stove, from "mammas" Peekskill House to yours.

Whatever is next Yon, you now know. Though a piece of me is missing, You will always be a strong presence in my life, forever "SISTA'S".

Lord Jesus, Please watch over my "gurl" and her family as they were and will always be the most valuable part of "who she is," was" and now in eternity, will always be.

I can't even believe your gone. We will laugh again, when, we no doubt meet again...!!

In the mean time, your surely an angel now among us. So, if you "gots" any pull I surely would appreciate & I can't leave ole Grey Squirrel out, we both could use a little help, " umm humm " dhats" right you know it ...that mega jackpot ...... "Schwing" !!!
