Condolence From: Jean Bieluczyk
Condolence: Dear Kathy, Barbara, Kippy, and Joanne,
Your Mom was such a vital person! I have such strong memories of her because she was so strong, and soft and warm, and full of energy and ready to make the world better and more joyful. Vital and bountiful, someone to look up to, someone to rely on — what a lady! You are all so like her in so many ways, practical, smart, and kind, and each of you with a gift for loving children, I could see it clearly when we were together for Jan’s gathering. For many years Pat and I exchanged Christmas cards, we both gave donations to Covenant House and they would give cards in return, and for whatever reason, Pat and I sent these cards to each other; she always wrote a lovely note and it warmed my heart.
I had asked Ivy for your addresses to send you a note, but this is better, addressing you all at once: I can see your Mother in your faces and in your beings, and it’s wonderful.
With great respect and love,
Jean
and Mark, Sophie, and Anne
Mark said of Pat: I always found her friendly, smiling, and she was a really good listener.
