My tribute to Joe is that he was more than a brother-in-law - he was my Brother!  From age 13, he was destined to be a major factor in our lives - his love for my sister Rita was legend (she was the only one)  and I thank him for being a loving. faithful husband to my sister.

Through the years he fathered six wonderful children, all of whom brought great joy to Rita and Joe and  to my parents, Diane and me.  The Happy and Wonderful Holidays - Christmas, Easter and all the great cookouts in their home in Poughquag.  It was a joyful house and everyone of the children were a credit to their parents.  Joe reveled  in the spirit and joy of his family.  They were his treasures - after Rita.

Joe always treated me with love and respect and I will miss him a lot.  But I must thank him for over 60  years of happy memories which will help sustain me until we all meet again for the biggest reunion of all.

Dear, dear Joe, it is now time for you to rest in peace.
